For each group there exist four mailing lists/aliases, these are XX-mit, XX-shk, XX-ext and XX-all, where XX is either AK, BM, CS, HU, IS, IT, MC, MP or VD.

XX-mit

"Mitarbeiter", staff members and PhDs of group XX

XX-shk

"Studentische Hilfskraefte", hiwis and teaching/research assistants of group XX

XX-ext

"Externe", externals, guests and former members of group XX

XX-all

Includes XX-mit and XX-shk but not XX-ext

  • Please note that XX-mit, XX-shk and XX-ext must not have common entries to make sure that nobody gets multiple emails if someone sends an email to XX-all or everybody.
  • The group mailing lists are maintained by the groups themselves. Please forward all update requests to your secretariat.

  • Spam protection: Please, never ever publish these email addresses in their full form like "XX-all@coli.uni-saarland.de", always use the abbreviated form "XX-all@coli", this will keep spam out.
