Please fill in all the fields, sign it and have it signed by your lecturer / supervisor / Dr. Thater!
Please drop the application form into the mailbox labelled "Systemgruppe" opposite library (bldg. C7.1, room 1.13).
When you receive the confirmation email that your account has been created, please pick up your account credentials at the examination office (bldg. C7.2, room 1.01), during the opening hours.
If you only need a new password, or if you need your account to be unlocked, please also follow the steps above.
